Welcome to Aamarkala store.
Because all of our apparel is custom-printed and made to order specifically for you, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, accidental orders, or incorrect sizing.
However, we stand behind the quality of our products and will gladly offer a replacement or refund if your item is defective.
1. Acceptable Return/Replacement Reasons
We will replace or refund items under the following circumstances:
- Defective or Damaged Products: The T-shirt arrived with visible holes, tears, or stains.
- Printing Errors: The graphic is visibly misaligned, blurry, or the colors are incorrect.
- Incorrect Item: You received the wrong size, color, or design entirely.
2. The Claims Window
To be eligible for a replacement or refund, you must contact us at [patelbibhu@gmail.com] within 7 days of the product's delivery date.
3. How to Submit a Claim
To expedite your request, please include the following information in your email:
- Your Order Number.
- Photographic evidence of the issue. (Please provide at least two clear photos: one showing the specific defect/error, and one showing the entire garment).
- A brief description of the problem.
4. Resolution Process
Once we receive your email and verify the issue with our print provider, we will:
- Issue a free replacement sent to your address at no additional cost, OR
- Issue a full refund to your original payment method.
5. Exceptions & Special Cases
- Incorrect Address: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or insufficient address provided by the customer, a reshipping fee will apply.
- Sizing Issues: Because sizing varies by garment, we include size charts on every product page. We do not issue refunds or process exchanges for ordering the wrong size.
